I’ve become very busy lately. Seems like every project I have was due 3 weeks ago. I’m working as fast as I can but nothing seems to be as quick as I had thought it to be. Times like this make me wish I had a clone.
Then again, I suppose I’d rather be super busy then super slow. Just sucks having so much on my head at one time. Working 30 hours at a time trying to keep up. Angry clients. Late projects.. there has to be a better way.
For the past solid week from sun rise to sun set I’ve been non stop working. I have a lot of clients that need their projects finished ASAP, I really wish I could clone myself.
You may have noticed in my previous post… or not… that I am required to do a nightly video recap of my day. I’ve been keeping up with it pretty well. It has really become an annoyance. The reasoning behind the challenge is a long story so I won’t get into it quite yet. But the thing is, when I was first assigned this challenge those around me seemed like it would be a neat idea. The idea of my life being summed up everyday for a year on youtube. So far, I’ve realized how little I actually do besides work. Making the video’s has saddened me a little. Also, I usually work until I can’t stand to be awake any longer. There will be times when I go to bed and have to get up to film the dumb thing. When I get more time to have more fun in life and with it, I’ll enjoy it better… I hope.
I’m still excited about wrapping all of my projects up soon. Some are coming together very nicely very quickly. I’m running behind on quite a few due to the fact that I have so much to do, but I feel that all my clients seem moderately happy… moderately. I just wish I had a twin that could just help me bust these out now and in the future.
I took some time today to brush up on my After Effects skills. Looking to make some really cool videos soon. It’s really amazing what you can do with it. I’m working to make an opening video for my youtube channel (where I’m required to put a 20 second clip everyday do to a challenge from a friend… long story). I think it will be neato ;-D
Also, I spent the past 3 hours trying to figure out why one of my scripting functions wasn’t working on a plugin I’m making… then I found out I had a typo… silly me. Biggest waste of time.
Starting later today, I will be starting a daily video blog. This video blog will most likely provide little interest to you, it will be an update as to what is going on in my life for that day.
